Raffle ticket fundraiser of $50 and Snack Bar Pre-Pay Fee of $30 is required at registration.   

NEW PLAYER REGISTRATION


May 17th, registration is open for new players at Ayala High School.  Registration will be open subject to space availability.  Players must be present to pick up equipment and complete registration. We will be having two separate lines:  one for those who have registered on-line and one for those who are registering in person.  Save time and register on-line!  Please be patient with the equipment pick up lines as it takes time to fit your child properly to ensure their safety.  Remember, even if you registered on-line, you must complete your registration in person on this day.  Players who registered previously but did not pick up their helmet, go directly to the helmet section.  Please don't forget to sign out for your helmet. Mandatory paperwork needed:  All new players must bring birth certificate and proof of residence (i.e. utility bill) and a $50 equipment deposit check.  If you registered on-line, you must bring printed registration form showing proof of payment and if you are registering in person you must bring registration fees.


FYI:  If you are a returning player and you missed the early registration, you can still register on-line or in person at any other registration date as long as there is space available.
